Trina Siler has been involved in
administrative aspects of a local sitework
company for the past 8 years. She has 
been in a leadership role overseeing 
payroll, financing, purchasing, contracts,
accounts payable and project estimating.
Her strong leadership qualities and ability
to deal with people on a personal level helps
Black Cat Utility Corporation claw its way

Kyle Siler
​Vice President

Kyle Siler has been in the sitework industry for the past 28 years. With multiple projects under his COMMAND, he brings an invaluable experience to Black Cat Utilites Corporation. All BCU​ jobs are managed daily under his direction.

Karmen Lawlor greets everyone with a friendly smile or a kind word. She has the knowledge and experince to point you in the right direction. She keeps the BCU office purring like a kitten.
